Shipra Sukhija is the Founder & CEO of Fabassignment, a venture she built from the ground up after starting her journey as an academic freelance writer from home. What began as an individual pursuit gradually transformed into a thriving startup with an office, a team of five full-time employees, and a network of over 200 freelance writers.

She has 8 years and 5 months of experience in the academic writing and operations industry and has independently set up and successfully run the business for three profitable years. During this time, she launched two websites and a company portal, strengthening service delivery and operational efficiency.

Her core responsibilities included business planning, client handling, recruitment, training, team management, operations, business development, client servicing, and day-to-day administration. She has earned a strong reputation for quality work and exceptional customer service, consistently retaining repeat clients through continuous communication and harmonious relationships.

Under her leadership, Fabassignment grew significantly—from managing 15,000 words per month in 2014 to achieving 2–3 lakh words per month by 2019, all without requiring external funding. She has consistently ranked among the top five performers in every organization she has collaborated with.
