Dr. Shikha Gupta is a distinguished academician whose career spans over 15 years across teaching, consulting, and mentoring. As an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at MERI Group of Institutions, she also coordinates value-added courses and serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for SWAYAM MOOC courses, a role in which she has been recognized three times by IIT Kanpur. A UGC NET-qualified doctorate, she has published more than 20 research papers and holds patents for innovative solutions such as a Virtual Reality Classroom Simulation Device for Teacher Training and a Traffic Management System. Her contributions to knowledge include authoring books like Capital Market and Corporate Communication in the Modern Era.

Beyond teaching and research, Dr. Gupta plays an active role in shaping academic discourse. She is a reviewer for national conferences and journals, contributes to AICTE’s SLA Programme, and serves as a resource person for NISM. As Chief Editor of Marketing Quest magazine, she curates thought leadership in the field, while her presence as a chairperson at reputed forums such as Amity University underscores her influence in academia. Her work bridges theory and practice, ensuring that students and peers benefit from experiential learning and industry-relevant insights.

Her excellence has been recognized through numerous awards, including the Iconic Women Achiever Award 2026 by MSTalks, Young Women Achiever Award in Academia 2026 by I2OR, and the Global Women Leader Excellence Award by HR Success Talk. She has also received the IRSD Exemplary Educator Award (2025), Young Professor of the Year by EIA (2023), and the Emblem of Gratitude by IBSEA, alongside accolades from MERI for her innovative teaching methods. Currently, she holds the prestigious position of State President – Delhi Personal Branding Council, WICCI, where she continues to inspire and empower women leaders through her vision and dedication.
