Meghna Joshi is a purpose-driven social entrepreneur and sustainability enthusiast with over a decade of diverse experience across corporate, environmental, developmental, and startup ecosystems. As the founder of SWAN (Skilled Workforce Advancing Nation) Livelihood, a Delhi-based social enterprise, she empowers underserved communities through tailored training programs and workshops, creating pathways to sustainable livelihood opportunities. Her academic foundation—an honors degree in Business Economics and a post-graduation in Environment and Development—combined with her Six Sigma Black Belt certification, allows her to integrate systems thinking with grassroots impact, particularly in women empowerment, skill development, and inclusive economic growth.

Beyond her enterprise, Meghna actively mentors budding change-makers through national and global platforms such as Startup India’s MAARG, Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell, NCTE’s National Mission for Mentoring (NMM), Institution Innovation Councils, Atal Tinkerpreneur, Business Blaster, Enactus, and Ye! Community. She also holds leadership positions as State Chair for WICCI Delhi Startup Council and National Advisory for G100 Mentoring & Motivation, amplifying her influence in shaping entrepreneurial ecosystems. Her mentorship reflects her commitment to nurturing innovation and fostering collaboration among the next generation of leaders.

As a certified Climate Leader mentored by Al Gore and an OMLAS 2025 Fellow, Meghna’s relentless pursuit of inclusive economic growth aligns with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
