Pooja Raina is a counseling psychologist and the founder of Poojalistens, a practice dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s emotional challenges. After beginning her career in the corporate world, she chose to follow her true calling in mental health, building a space where people can feel heard and understood. Her work reflects a deep commitment to guiding others through personal struggles with empathy and expertise.
She has trained extensively in therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy with the Dulwich Centre, Solution Focused Therapy (IASTI-certified), EFT, and Matrix Reimprinting. Her academic contributions include the publication of her paper, “Transforming the Landscape of Identities for People with Social Anxiety,” in the International Journal of Narrative Therapy and Community Work. These achievements highlight her ability to blend practice with research, offering evidence-based interventions that create meaningful change.
Beyond her private practice, Pooja collaborates with organizations and government institutions to bring conversations about emotional well-being into everyday spaces. She believes that when people feel truly heard, transformation becomes possible—not just for individuals, but for communities at large. Her work continues to inspire a culture of openness, resilience, and healing.
