Preksha Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of Agrasheel Infratech Private Limited and a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, complemented by over a decade in management consultancy, brand strategy, and digital marketing. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to transparency, compliance, and sustainability in real estate development, ensuring projects deliver long-term value for both residents and investors.

She holds a degree in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from FORE School of Management, Delhi, along with specialized training in Entrepreneurial Studies from NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. This strong academic foundation, combined with her entrepreneurial drive, has enabled her to lead innovative projects that balance modern infrastructure with eco-conscious planning.

Under her guidance, Agrasheel Infratech has launched its flagship project, “Aashrayam”, a 23-acre vacation-themed plotted township in Lucknow. Designed to foster sustainable communities, the project integrates green spaces, modern amenities, and responsible development practices. Preksha’s vision is clear: to create communities that embody environmental awareness, responsible growth, and enduring value, setting new benchmarks in sustainable real estate.
