Richa Singh is an academician, leadership and communication trainer, and image and social presence consultant with over 17 years of experience across academia, professional training, and community engagement. Her expertise lies in building confidence, communication, and leadership presence, helping individuals and organizations strengthen their identity and impact.

For nearly two decades, she has been deeply associated with the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA), working closely with over 10,000 women across India, including Veer Naris and families navigating the unique realities of military life. As Chief Coordinator (Welfare), she has contributed to empowerment and skill-development initiatives that enable women to build livelihoods and independence despite frequent relocations. Through vocational training centres, entrepreneurship programs, financial literacy workshops, and community empowerment initiatives, she has helped transform traditional skills into sustainable opportunities.

Drawing from these grassroots experiences, Richa integrates resilience, adaptability, and empowerment into her professional training and academic work. At the WICCI summit, she brings insights from 18 years of enabling women’s journeys of self-reliance and reinvention, highlighting how collective strength and local wisdom can shape meaningful narratives of empowerment and leadership across India.
