Ruma is a value driven result oriented professional with 20 years of multi-industry experience. Currently she is the Director of Knowledgetics Research Pvt. Ltd; a Research and Advisory Solutions Company that operate across India and UK supporting clients in 10+ countries.

Ruma is a well known industry leader who has been conferred the ‘Top Influential Leaders in India’ award in 2017, followed by the ‘Women Entrepreneur Award’ in 2023, recognizing her impact in various domain. In 2024, she was invited to serve as a Jury Member for the prestigious Dr. J.S. Juneja Award for Creativity and Innovation for MSMEs, presented by the Hon’ble Education Minister of India. Her leadership journey continued to gain national visibility when she was featured among ‘ET Top Leaders in Focus 2025’ for innovation, and subsequently recognized as ‘Bharat Changemaker’ by Outlook Business in December 2025 for redefining B2B advisory as an impact-led consulting.

She has been a speaker in business symposiums at IIT Roorkee, IIM Kashipur, Delhi School of Economics, SRCC, IMT and many other B-Schools.
