Vinny Verma is a Chartered Accountant (CA) by profession, currently working as a Finance Strategy Consultant with Deloitte, primarily focused on Global Services Transformation – Shared Services Strategy, Service Delivery Model Assessment, Enterprise Performance – Service & Performance Management and Governance stand-up. She has worked previously with Ernst & Young as a Statutory Auditor and Finance and Accounting Advisor. At the firm, she is also co-leading the Women’s Network, an initiative focused on making the organization a better place to work at, for all the women employees. The firm has recognized her commitment to create excellent client impact by awarding her the ‘Spot Award’ title twice. She also volunteered with the YP Foundation, as a peer educator and campaign head with the ‘Know Your Body, Know Your Rights’ program. She conducted Comprehensive Sexuality Education sessions at various schools / care homes / orphanages / institutes, including IIT Delhi, etc. On the personal front, she has been an avid reader since early childhood and enjoys cinema. Being an art enthusiast, she paints during her time off work.
